Apollo General Practice would like to advise of recent changes in response to the opening of borders on Monday 13th December 2021.
Upon arrival to your appointment, we would ask that you please show us your proof of vaccination status which will be put on file and only needed to be seen once.

If you have chosen not to vaccinate, we still welcome you however, when you speak with one of our reception team members, they may ask supplementary questions and make your booking accordingly.

We would also request that additional persons accompanying patients is limited to no more than one additional person.
